Gorgeous!

Wow! First let me say....not only is this one of the most beautiful fashion books I own, but it's HUGE and light! The paper on which it is printed as well as the binding is the lightest,sort of linen feeling paper I have ever seen. So many of Giambattista Valli's collections are represented, pictures are large and so many close-ups of the finest details! This book screams "Feminine"! From the pictures on the pages to the creation of the book, the word that comes to mind is Soft.
For any of you fashion lovers out there, this is an absolute must for your coffee table book library! LOVE!

Giambattista Valli is lovingly devoted to a designer and his clothes; the clothes of one single designer who is visibly influenced by some of the greats and yet retains his own perspective when composing a collection. Unlike Miuccia Prada who has openly proclaimed that she no desire to make women beautiful, Mr. Valli most unequivocally does wish to make his ladies beautiful, and it is quite obvious when you see the fruits of his labors..... for the rest of the review ...
